VALIDATION of the GEMA

We are recruiting Alzheimer’s disease patients :

- Patients presumed to be fully competent and with an Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis of less than 2 years; 

- Patients known to be partially incapacitated (under a Tutorship/Guardianship); OR

- Patients known to be totally incapacitated (under a Trustee/Curatorship).

Participation will last about 60 minutes. The participant and a caregiver will be asked to fill-in questionnaires to mesure whether GEMA is able to differentiate those who are fully competent from those who are partially or totally incapacited. The project is taking place at Douglas Institut or at St-Jerome’s Hospital or at home, on request.
